By downloading or using Clean Guard, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1. Use of the App

The App is intended for authorized personnel to manage warehouse inventory. You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful business purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Ensure that all inventory data entered into the App is accurate

2. Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access if misuse, security risks, or policy violations are detected.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and functionality in the App are owned by Crescent Cleaning Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.

4. Data Accuracy

While the App assists with inventory management, we are not responsible for:

• Inventory discrepancies
• Data entry errors
• Business decisions made based on App data

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages may occur.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crescent Cleaning Company will not be liable for:

• Lost profits or business interruptions
• Data loss or system failures
• Indirect or consequential damages

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if these Terms are violated. Upon termination, your right to use the App will end immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
